Welcome to Ashviro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform (the "Platform") and all services, products, and content provided on or through the Platform (collectively referred to as "Ashviro Services").

By using Ashviro Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Bellpepper Pte. Ltd. ("Company") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will become effective upon posting on the Platform, and continued use of Ashviro Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your account.

• Authorisation: The set of rights and privileges assigned to a User by a Client.
• Client: The individual or legal entity that accepts these Terms.
• Client Data: Any data uploaded, entered, or processed within the Ashviro system by the Client.
• Company: Bellpepper Pte. Ltd.
• Content: All data, materials, and media available through Ashviro Services.
• Feature: A function or set of functions providing specific capabilities within Ashviro Services.
• Fee: Payment required for the use of specific Ashviro Services.
• Guidelines: Additional rules applicable to certain features, products, or services.
• Plan: Criteria defining usage and functionality of Ashviro Services, determining applicable Fees.
• Platform: The CRM and digital name card application provided by Ashviro.
• Products: Goods or services offered by Clients.
• Reseller: A third party authorised to resell Ashviro Services.
• System: The integrated infrastructure for delivering Ashviro Services.
• User: An individual authorised to use an Account on behalf of a Client.
• Website: All web content available through www.ashviro.com and its subdomains.

2. Authority to Enter into Terms

• Individuals must be at least 18 years old or have valid authorisation from a legal representative.
• Legal entities must be duly incorporated and in good standing.
• Acceptance is effective upon receipt of Account creation confirmation from the Company.

3. Account Terms

Account Creation

Accounts must be created by humans; automated registrations are prohibited.

Communication

The Company may send updates, newsletters, and notices via email. You may opt-out of non-essential communications.

Security

Clients are responsible for safeguarding Account credentials and activities. The Company is not liable for losses due to negligence in securing login information.

Suspension or Termination

Misuse of the Platform or violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse Clients at its sole discretion.

4. Client Data

Uploading Client Data

Client Data must comply with these Terms and applicable laws. By uploading data, Clients authorise the Company to process it.

Protection of Client Data

The Company ensures reasonable efforts to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Client Data. Refer to the Privacy Policy for further details.

Data Accuracy and Liability

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of Client Data.

Unlawful Data

The Company reserves the right to delete unlawful Client Data or restrict access if detected.

Disclosure

The Company may disclose Client Data if required by law, with prior notice to the Client where permissible.

5. Services

Use of Ashviro Services

Clients and authorised Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Ashviro Services upon payment of applicable Fees.

Support

The Company offers technical support via email at support@ashviro.com.

Modifications

The Company may modify or discontinue parts of Ashviro Services at its sole discretion.

Additional Features

New features may be subject to additional terms.

6. Disclaimers

Ashviro Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using Ashviro Services for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing Ashviro Services without consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Using our services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Uploading malicious code or content that could harm our platform or other users.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Account cancellations must be initiated by the Account owner.
• Upon cancellation, all Client Data will be permanently deleted.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion.
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify the Company against claims or damages arising from misuse of Ashviro Services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to Ashviro Services is owned by the Company.

11. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for third-party links or services accessed through the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Ashviro Services.

13. Modifications to Fees and Services

The Company may modify Fees or Services at any time.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Clients and the Company. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Singapore.
