Terms of Service

Welcome to Ashviro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform (the "Platform") and all services, products, and content provided on or through the Platform (collectively referred to as "Ashviro Services").

By using Ashviro Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Ashviro Pte. Ltd. ("Company") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will become effective upon posting on the Platform, and continued use of Ashviro Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Important: We can modify services, terminate accounts for violations, and limit liability

1. Authority to Enter into Terms

• Individuals must be at least 18 years old or have valid authorisation from a legal representative.
• Legal entities must be duly incorporated and in good standing.
• Acceptance is effective upon receipt of Account creation confirmation from the Company.

2. Account Security

Clients are responsible for safeguarding Account credentials and activities. The Company is not liable for losses due to negligence in securing login information. Automated registrations are strictly prohibited.

3. Client Data

• Uploading Data: Client Data must comply with these Terms and applicable laws. By uploading data, Clients authorise the Company to process it.
• Protection: The Company ensures reasonable efforts to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Client Data.
• Accuracy: The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of Client Data.
• Unlawful Data: The Company reserves the right to delete unlawful Client Data or restrict access if detected.

4. Use of Services

Clients and authorised Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Ashviro Services upon payment of applicable Fees. The Company offers technical support via email at support@bellpepper.sg.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using Ashviro Services for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing Ashviro Services without consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Using our services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Uploading malicious code or content that could harm our platform or other users.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

Ashviro Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Ashviro Services.

7. Termination

Account cancellations must be initiated by the Account owner. Upon cancellation, Client Data will be handled according to our data retention policy. The Company reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion for violations of these Terms.

8. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Clients and the Company. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Singapore.
